Shipping & Handling
Nearly all of our bedding and accessories are shipped free of charge in the contiguous United States; however, certain items my necessitate a shipping and/or handling fee. The exact shipping and handling fee for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.

Standard Shipping

We ship most orders via UPS Ground Service in 2-7 business days. We are also happy to ship with an alternate carrier, if you prefer. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Expedited Shipping

International Shipping

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility

Returns
As all of our bedding and accessories are custom made to order specifications, all sales are final and not returnable. Returns are accepted for any products that are defective or not made according to order specifications. Goods that have been used or altered in any way cannot be returned. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of the date received.
