Turnaround Time

As each item is custom made, individually hand tailored, and finished with exacting attention to every detail, our products typically ship between 4 and 6 weeks from the order date. We aim to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible, though, and can provide a rush turnaround for most orders, if need be.

Samples
We are happy to send you fabric and embroidery/trimming samples and carefully discuss your order with you to assure that your baby linens and gifts arrive just as you imagine.

Online Orders

Easy and convenient, you may shop and place orders on our website – even those with special instructions. Please review online orders carefully prior to submission. Orders are processed at the time of payment and cannot be modified once submitted. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Payment, Credit Cards & Gift Cards
All orders must be paid in full when the order is placed. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, wire transfer, or The Baby Sweet Gift Card. To pay by wire transfer or Gift Card, please call us at (718) 806-1414, Monday through Friday, 10am through 5pm, EST.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for orders to New York.

Shipping & Handling
Nearly all of our bedding and accessories are shipped free of charge to the contiguous United States; however, certain items my necessitate a shipping and/or handling fee. The exact shipping and handling fee for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.
